Nice idea Ohio! I'll hafta go over to JoAnn's tonight, or stop in at a Michael's in SLC after work. I actually have the one on the right framed already.... it's on my office wall at work.
Damn, third try to post this up. It keeps disappearing. Anyways.....
You know, his very last statement, on the 3-inch body lift making it easier to get to the plugs really floored me. With all the lifter questions and such, I'm almost starting to think this guy has an OBS 96, not a 97 with a modular motor. He's all over the board. Notice in his profile, that the birthday is so close. 2/10 in his original postings, and now it is 1/9. Very creative, lol, NOT.
I got tired of the all red taillights vs the E4 Red body paint, so last night I pulled them and where they go together there is a line you can see, I taped them off and painted the edge black/clear. That gave it a slightly distinctive look, versus the way it was, all blending together with no definition. I like the way it turned out, and I didn't have to tint them for the effect. I may add a couple coats of VHT to lightly darken them, but I like the subtle change they create now.
I've reported all the usernames to the admins asking to keep him to one username so we don't have to keep sorting thru this ****... really feel like they are slacking on this one. They had mudder banned not even 5mins after he created his second username... granted it was for skirting the timeout on his first one but this kid is just gumming up the forum with a million threads all with horrible info and always left open ended. Really wish the mods would step up on this one.
Again wish we had labels such as in progress, solved, abandoned, no solution found, some dumb kid who won't take advice, etc lol
*edit also shows how immature this kid is to not own up to his ignorance and learn from the mistakes. Don't know why he thinks the 5th username is going to stump us

Unfortunately, it's not just him. And it's not just the dumb questions, it's the refusing to make even one ounce of effort before asking someone else to come up with the answer. Really frustrating.
I like the tail light treatment. It really sets them off nicely!
On a similar note:
Have any of you guys tried Rustoleum's Peel Coat tint for lenses? I bought a can to experiment with, but I'll be pretty ticked it if *doesn't* "peel right off" like they say it will.

Whitey....I like the way that the Ranger tail lights stood out with the little bit of black accent. Sometimes, the small stuff stands out better than the big crap. lol
