Office space is a classic for those who are old enough to remember VHS tapes and walkmans lol. I don't think skylar knows what a floppy disk is

If it was just lack of mechanical know how, no big deal, that's what folks enjoy helping with....share the learn. This stretches far beyond. I get the feeling he must think folks are really that gullible to pass off some of that crap he's shoveling. Iduno, he's still a kid, but the dishonesty thing should of been weeded out already lol.
