I feel your pain. CenturyLink DSL.

Better than the 5 Mbps I used to have with Skybeam/Rise, though.

LOL.....My old carrier, if you got 25 you were doing really well. I switch years ago and this carrier uses the same lines of the old carrier for their internet and landlines. To me that just doesn't make sense. Mine is flat rate to 250GB per month, and no overage charges if I go over. I stream nightly, but have never gone over 142GB in a month, so I never get near the so called limits.

I really may need to look into this. Honestly we can have both tvs streaming and it does fine 90% of the time, but every once in a while if you have your phone on wifi it will halt streaming even if only one tv is on. They refuse to offer high limits like that where I live through satellite and cable wont span the 2 miles from the end of their line to our street.

Well, a 200 megabit connection (up and down) does really, really well. At home I pay for a 25 megabit connection, but I consistently hit 30+. They just updated to handle 75 megabit, and most of the lines are ran to do gigabit in my neighborhood. Mine is Comcast Business, so it is a dedicated bandwidth too, so I'm not on a shared bandwidth plan. I had Century Link's 40 megabit DSL, and it doesn't hold a candle to this 25 megabit Comcast. Not even close. I can stream all day, every day on multiple devices and no hiccups. I am very impressed with Comcast Business.

JP, I also have my router set up to play favorites to the Firestick's the TV's, etc. In other words, it won't slow their speeds down, it will slow down phones, PC's, etc. first.

Here's what it looks like... I guess it will only allow me to put a "Top 3" devices to give media priority to.....

Also, this thing is at home, and I am able to access it. I can shut the internet off at home from my phone. It's Linksys Smart WiFi.
