House prices in CO are comically absurd. You'd have to be an idiot to buy a house here now.

White, whatever you do, don't move to MN (unless you want to be around communists and dipsh!ts).

Moving speak.
I would love to move and the lady of the house is steering that way too.

If I go by what the real estate people (who are constantly calling) I could sell for 3x what I paid in 2012 without "fixin" anything.
I bought house and fields for 300k, they now say I could get almost 1m? You got more of those drugs?
The fields rent so I get a (very) little income from those too.

Have a few conundrums though.
Wife wants to move back toward Richmond where most grandkids are (and we spend a lot of time because of that).
I get that but the entire area near Richmond is overcrowded and they just keep building there.

I want to move where less people are. In the Blue Ridge or west of it.
I could get enough to buy half to a whole mountain in WVA.
The politics there is right. VA and NC is getting worse politics.

We lived in Chesterfield and every time I go back there I'm reminded that I'm glad we moved. It's like being in a big city now.
So, we can't do anything because we can't decide on where to move.

If money were no issue, CO would be my second choice (I'm a Broncos fan). But yeah... CO and ID are ridiculous too!

I was looking at one house on 6 acres, attached 6 car garage, and another hugh jass shop. It's in MN though, and has dirt roads. I'm not sure I want Fox Body's on dirt roads.

Well.... I'm guessing the orifice tube is plugged. Swell.

Guess I'll go over and grab this stuff tomorrow, and try to locate/borrow/buy a recovery tank.

I lost the compressor a while back. It was just after back surgery, so I paid Big O to do it. This will be the second time the orifice tube got plugged. Last time, it lost everything though. This time it just bled off the pressure. I'm going to roll the dice and just replace the orifice tube this go around. If it plugs again, I'll replace everything. Big O did everything but the evaporator and condenser. So their theory was that there was some residual crap in the condenser. Under warranty, they fixed it, and I also had them replace the condenser at that time.

I dunno... we'll see what it looks like and judge off of that. The compressor makes no noise though, so I don't think it has any issues.

I went passed this on my way home last night. I immediately knew anyone in this Tahoe didn't make it.

Ironically, just one day earlier, UHP released a video telling people to be more aware on this exact road.
