Alright.... sorry for posting 27 straight times, but that is INDEED the pressure relief valve. Looking at it, I'm not convinced it's leaked anything.... last time it spewed PAG all over.

You can probably get in there with a infrared gun and see how hot the housings get yourself.....without removing anything.

Or use a K type thermocouple for your meter and alligator clamp right to one...monitor temps while your driving/braking.
I have both options there. Good ideas, Brew!

Clamp onto bleeder white, it looked like a good spot on a Edge today anyway. Did a 4 wheel brake job on a 08 Edge after lunch. They provided parts, Rotors from RA....Calipers/Pads from O'Reillys (lifetime warrentee stuff ). Went purdy smooth, rear rotors required a few sips of Kroil before the BFH (2 lb). Old rotors had a removable rubber plug. Not sure of it's intended purpose....made for a good penetrate port.

Gravity bled the calipers as I went, no further bleeding required.

The seal inside the brake reservoir cap fell out and disappeared into the engine compartment. That was a R rated moment, other than that no cussing on this one. Retrieved it with little flex claw/grabber once located.

I think I'll rip out my dash so I can make a burrito drawer.

Looks like there's enough room for 3 big bags of Twizzlers .

You could easily get a cup of chili and a grilled cheese in there.

When I was over at my Buddy's house the other day, he also dug out this Ignition Module tester. He told me "I don't think I've ever used this, take it". It sure doesn't look like it's been used - and I found a receipt from 2002 in it, LOL. I'm going to go through my TFI modules and see what's good and bad.

Question, will you ever use it?

I'm going to tonight for sure. I'll see how cumbersome it is. The TFI module is probably the part that is replaced most often in the EEC-IV SBF's.

Sure he's okay giving all that stuff away? Think I'd have to be a friend right back and offer him something, or offer to help him sell it.

Been in a similar situation in the past. Stuff is older, but looks like it's worth something. As good as friend as he will always be, he was still too embarrassed to admit was really going on. Emotionally or financially...not always a money thing.

Looks like nice stuff...congrats! Hope everything is cool though.
