To stay young ya gotta keep moving. I go hiking, biking, kayaking, stuff with kids and grandkids. Keeps stuff moving. Ibuprofen when I overdo it.

If I change my name I'll lose my ninth place in this thread! No way on that. I'm hoping for 8th in only another 6 or 7 years.

At 10 pumps you could shoot 3 BBs very well and would always knock the acorn out of the tree.
I wish I knew where my old 760 went. Probably parental unit trashed it.

All that was 40 years ago so my memory may be a little cloudy on it all.
That must be how I took one in the face and knee cap at the same time, - the only other guy left in the game had a 760...

That was an unsolved mystery noobs....for decades lol.

I think I have a old 760 on the back porch, - didn't war with it, -step father gave me his a few years ago, he was going to chuck it. Hell, I gotta go see now........Nope! It's a Daisy, model 840 pump. Fires most of the time, great for chasing Bluejays off the feeder...mean bastids.

I hear more and more that middle age is 50 now a days. I'm middle aged plus a little, at 57% anyway, or something like that LOL.

Damn... I was getting some nerve pain in the back again last night, so I took a Gabapentin before bed. I slept for 8 hours. don't get that much sleep very often. I'm usually in the 5 or 6 hour range. Anyway.... gotta get outside and get working. Need to wet sand this, then decide if I polish or clear coat this.

I also finally got the clips to hold the tail light lens in the housing... no more sheet rock screws holding it together.

It's supposed to be gloss, and I'll never buy the Rustoleum 2X again. It doesn't go down like their regular enamel. I just need it to be at a decent stopping point for winter. The whole car will get sanded again next year. I just don't have the time to do all of it now.

Gloss base ? Lol. Man your going to kick yourself hard once you try HVLP. I'm not sure what you have for a compressor, but there are HVLP guns out there that only require 7 or 8 CFM, probably less. Once you have a gun to match your compressor, you can do some excellent work. The results far out weigh a little extra clean up time w/HVLP. You don't really need nothing expensive AFA guns go. Something like one of those Husky kits from the Depot would be plenty good....get some atomization going.

I don't think so Tim.
Nope, nope, nope. Colorado sucks. Nobody should move here. Ever.
Tell your friends.

I would have to think there was a fatality involved in that wreck, if not from the filmed portion, then from what happened afterward. There are some gnarly passes out here that claim victims every year.

That's a bit more extreme than my drive, Brew.

Ever since visiting the area around Ouray, I've wanted to take one of the more moderate passes, but even those can be tricky if you're not experienced. Just haven't made an effort to join a group to go. One if these days, maybe.
