Glad to hear you're getting looked at, Brew. Hang in there.

It's a cheap Target or WM board, but it works. Hasn't slipped on me, but 1) it's on tile, 2) I usually cut up small/easy things on it, and 3) My knives are always sharp.

Some spices (cilantro, cumin, a little basil, and a dash of salt) and a squeeze of fresh lime juice might help that chicken and rice next time.

It'll slips on corian that's for sure. Could use rubber feet on one side. You have to crush garlic before dicing. Yep, it took off. The granite has rubber pads, I added those quite awhile ago, it's also my soldering table. Sounds toxic, surface is impervious thus far...easy clean up. As long as I don't drop it and continue to have the strength to lift the thing, I should be alright.

Need to sharpen all my knives. Sharpened one of them and it did the trick, probably don't really new yet.

Yea, was out of fresh basil, rosemary was still good but didn't bother. Cilantro and cumin huh. Have it, but didn't think it would do much for it. Thanks, I'll give it a try. Shoot I had lime as well...didn't use any..dangit!

I think they better have validated your parking after what that bill will look like.
E2M I'll look into that, actually doing it now lol. Yea healthy, well sodium is what I have to monitor most now. Whole foods vs processed. Thanks jp!

That's what the receptionist must of did to my parking ticket...validate it. Make sense now. Thanks again.

Hangin in. Should of mentioned the procedure yesterday at the hospital was call a Therapeutic Phlebotomy, had to see a Oncologist to get it done. This is required when the blood it too thick and your at high risk for developing a clot. I know I didn't mention that above.

Thanks white! Seen myketo in the stores. Think it's myketo or just keto. I use their cereals now I believe. Oh wait, no that's Kashi cereal. That's actually really good....the chocolate and peanut butter versions anyway.

Ah... yeah, I've heard of that. My FIL had to have a Therapeutic Phlebotomy done every couple of weeks. His body was producing too much blood. As I recall, that was a symptom of Celiac Disease, or a medication he was taking for it.

I've been out working on this upper intake. I am trying to make this look "somewhat" factory. I cut the tab off the corner that Ford used for the throttle and cruise cables. Also replumbed the vacuum to better suit a Fox Body.

Anytime Brew. I just hope it helps. That style of cooking takes a little getting used to but I feel better overall when I stick to it.

There is one recipe for zucchini boats that I would definitely recommend.

Yeah , not a zucchini fan unfortunately. Although I might be able to stomach it smoothy style. That's where everything I don't like goes.
