White, Just speculating here but a couple of thoughts from putting on my Jr. forum analyst's hat on.

I've noticed from newer and mostly what I think are younger members they don't always see responses as individuals giving them their time and experience. I think often they just see a list of anonymous answers as a "collection" and respond only to the last "reply" button they come across.

Also, you're one of the small group of information "guru's" on this forum and I've sensed often that it intimidates some members. I can only guess at why that is but I think it's more of a compliment than a slight. Did you ever get to see the 67 Shelby barn find video? If so, think of yourself as the appraiser and why an appraiser makes others inadequate for the job.

Then again, you may be absolutely right and see it for what it is. lol

It could be. It's not the first time he's ignored me either.... he starts a new thread every time his nose tickles. Well... I guess I am assuming that it's a guy.

Speaking of things like this... what happened to the 3V in a Gen 10 guy? He never posted a video of it running.

Utah just went over 100 deaths due to COVID. I think it is a believable number by comparison to other states.

https://www.ksl.com/article/46757229...-cases-tuesday

The most telling part of this, however, is this:

Just over 94% of people who have died from the disease in Utah were considered "high risk" for COVID-19, according to the health department. About 80% had at least one pre-existing medical condition when they were diagnosed with the disease.

That's good Utah and you.

I recently saw where the numbers of cases and deaths is being questioned by a lot medical organizations. Their research showed that a lot of deaths have been attributed to those underlying causes rather than the virus. They also had research that questioned the case numbers as being under representative. The governor of Florida also came right out and said that the state would list the cause deaths as those underlying cases and would not publicly publish the numbers.

Well I made it up and back from Fairbanks. It was beautiful on Saturday, but the rest of the time it was rainy or drizzle. Oh well, still had fun and moved the GF stuff and built her a shed to keep it in. Glad that is over. LOL

Going up Red got 18.88 MPG (easier than coming back, more up hill, vs more downhill going). On the way back he only got 15.9. Of course coming back with much faster, and I didn't hold back. Still at almost 16 and running 75-80 in the mountains, that wasn't too bad. His mileage has come up almost 3.6 mpg on average since the install. This isn't bad mileage at all, in my opinion. I can live with these numbers.

Red hauled a bunch of crap this week. He performed flawlessly. The pic below is with a load of tires and a bike in the back.

I know. They don't make any hats big enough to fit!

FWIW, about 6 to 8 weeks ago I asked about an intermittent loud whistling in the front end of the 08 Edge. Someone suggested brakes but just a couple\few months earlier I had changed them and they had been working fine. It never went away although it was still intermittent. I picked up a Ford, front end brake hardware kit last week and swapped the abutment clips with the Ford coated ones. Problem's solved.

Over a weekend you drove to Fairbanks and back, moved the GF's stuff and built a shed? Are you competing with White over which one of you two can make the rest of us look the most inadequate to the boss?

No way. Whitey owns that hands down. Got to put a lot of guys there. Look at 2100 and his HB build. There are a number of others too, not to slight them by not listing them by name.
