This was a huge DAMMIT! for me. I bought a Fiesta ST at the end of Sept. It came with the ST Octane Academy driving school in Utah. They sent me my invitation in the mail a couple months later with Utah on the envelop and all over the stationary. So I sign up online thinking I could drive down from the Seattle area and make a road trip out of it. Then i get my confirmation for North Carofrickinlina. WTF? This is not what I was told, not what I signed up for and completely screws up my plans of finding some way to prank White. Their answer was well if you have to cancel just let us know. I'm still mad month later.

Wow, that sucks. It's not like it moved from Utah to Nevada. North Carolina would be a haul.
My advice of following the Columbia River instead of putting yourself to sleep through central Washington isn't much help now although the truth behind the suggestion doesn't change. Spokane to the Cascade Foothills is a long drive that looks like some divine hand forgot to finish.
BTW, what do you thing of the Fiesta? My sister has a well optioned Fiesta and usually I think it's a better than average car and than something will happen to remind me it's not a great car.
LOL.. well, we ain't happy either. I really don't know why they didn't use both facilities for exactly what you're experiencing. A west and an east facility seems like it makes sense to me. I mean, you kind of need desert for the Raptor stuff, but cars....
And with Ken Block and Hoonigan being in Utah now, it seems like they would want to remain close.
So.... I got this ^^^^ camera to start a YT channel. I already created the channel, bought a domain for it... BUT, it has Mustang in the title. I got to thinking.... is Ford going to harass me about using the name "Mustang"? I've tried to find someone I can contact at Ford, but all I get is vehicle warranty contact information.

They named it after a horse.... would they have rights to it?
Since it was already a word ?
I don't know... that's what I'd think too. But when Jim Oaks started The Ranger Station, Ford gave him the business for using the name "Ranger". He had to jump through hoops to hang on to the name.

I'm just guessing here but the farther away from 2020 you get with "Mustang," the less of an issue it would be. When was the last time anyone heard of Ford getting protective about the ownership of "Model T?"
Infringement ? Not unless you throw the word "Ford" in there. That's what they're sticklers about. For instance , - FFI , the "Ford Fuel Injection" website. It was an excellent site, top notch. It took awhile, but they eventually shut down after a series of letters from the manufacturer. To bad, it was a one of a kind site.
Yea, I think you would have to include the word "Ford" to catch any flack about it.
Speaking of infringements, this is the one that really got me thinking. The YT channel "B is for Build" was building an Eleanor replica. Disney owns the rights to that name apparently, and filed a case against him.... and now they own his car. This all came out in the past day or two.
