I knew they were winning, but the game finished when I went to go grab this door that I found listed this morning. Rust free! It has a little wrinkle right in the middle, but this door is WORLDS better than the door that is on there right now!

Good looking door and a replacement panel for that door bottom should be available. Looks like someone already "tried" that.

Social Commentary:

Do you live in a state with a bottle deposit? Michigan suspended returns because of the virus and turns out businesses banked over 50 million dollars from March 27 through May 25. Michigan has allowed businesses to start taking returns back but nobody is and I wonder why. Considering the amount of money that has been taken in and the interest rates on that kind of money about 10 million dollars in interest has been collected on those deposits they're holding on to. What was that you said about Rats AK?

What do you mean by "door bottom"? The door trim?

Is that trim? I just assumed that was the door skin. As I've said, I'm not familiar with the Fox body Mustangs.

If you're talking where I circled, that it where the door molding goes... and over time it has become "OK" to not use molding right there be several enthusiasts. Over time they start to peel, and then catch on the fender with you open the door. Lots of guys are just removing them and leaving it. If you are talking about where I highlighted, that is perfectly flat, and the thing that appears to be a dent, scratch, or rust line is actually a spider web.

EDIT: This page is driving me nuts.... second attempt at uploading this pic.

Nothing is showing up circled here and this is my first attempt at it.

Ok. I assume what you are saying is 3 is a trim panel? Right\wrong? It's the line at 2 that had me thinking the door skin bottom had been replaced. I'm not sure what 1 is.

EDIT: for 1 my guess would be someone rolled and crimped the skin without a sealer but it's hard to tell in the picture.
