Thinking
Looks like the win belongs to you this weekend. Pretty good ending if it holds for another 17 seconds.
OH SHEET! Denver was Detroit tonight. Sorry.

Ah well.... Gutsy call by Fangio to go for two. Flacco is not meeting my expectations. We need touchdowns EARLY, not at the end of the game. That pick that he threw to Kyle Fuller was just an awful throw.
I personally like Tim Allen in both series'. I don't show my cards in politics, but I can find humor in making fun of any politician. I am sure that is where you two are going with that.

Last man standing? No, Politics have nothing to do with it. I just don't think it's funny. In Home Improvement he was like Archie Bunker. You knew exactly what to expect and he delivered but it was still always funny. It's not just Allen either. There's something missing from the entire cast for me. It might be that they are trying to remake a new topic Home Improvement except it's not the 90's anymore. It's 2019 and this show hasn't kept up? I'm grasping here but it's just duh\blah. I have seen clips of Allen's current stand up routines and the guy is still funny so that's not it. New writers maybe?
It was a gutsy call but I didn't think much of the play called. I think you're coming to realize why Baltimore let Flacco go. This is who he's been for the last 4 or 5 years.

I quite like Hector Elizondo. I really liked him in Monk as well. Nancy Travis.... I had a thing for her in "So I Married an Axe Murderer". She's a great actress.
Tim Allen has always hit my funny bone.... I saw an old episode of Carson the other night and he was on. Freaking hilarious.

The tongue weight on the bumper is actually *decreased* since the distance from the wheels (the pivot point) to the bumper is longer. The torsional force, though, on the bumper is much greater than it is designed for, significantly reducing its load-bearing capacity.
Any way you slice it, if the guy is pulling much more than a utility cart, he's asking for trouble.
That said, I'd love to see the video when he hooks up a TT and cranks up the tounge jack.

Found this and thought you may enjoy reading it. The entire SAE standards for hitch designs comes with an $81 price but this will answer the points you raise. I did mention there is much more to this than I wrote and I also avoided differential equations. Specifically check out figure 7 and the tongue weight to tongue length and where the coupling point is located. Tongue weight is about the trailers center of gravity in both distance and height and not the tongues length. What's typically presented as tongue weight is about what's a manageable method for estimating a useable number for most people to use as a tongue weight but it has a lot of shortcomings to what the actual tongue weight is. A major shortcoming is leaving out the towing vehicles rear suspension. As the trailer has a downward force on the couple, the spring rate of the rear suspension is also an opposing upward force on the couple. This takes the math of straight forward vector forces in to tensors and goes to places beyond my abilities.
I'm taking a leap here in believing you are actually interested in this.

I don't know if I'd want to see someone drive this truck or not? It's actually another widow maker and the humor could be short lived as this set up turns to tragedy.

LOL. I read that thread, saw how old it was, thought to myself wow but then wondered about this. Although 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" have become the standard ratchet drive sizes in Europe it use to be, 6.3mm, 9.5mm and 12.5mm drives. Doesn't do anything for the OP's problem but while we're going more and more metric in the rest of the world we rule with SAE sized ratchet drives!
Here's that word but an odd thing about sizing in Europe is how they do it. A lot of places use commas instead of periods and it can be hard to get use to. Our 6.3, 9.5 and 12.5 is 6,3, 9,5, and 12,5 over there. With our process and what we learn it just looks like a list; 6,3,9,5,12,5. It's easy to screw up. Of course I never did but it can happen.

White,
Did you catch this story from your neck of the woods? 2 yahoos at Yellowstone have been banned for 5 years and fined for "Thermal Trespassing" because they hopped the fence at Old Faithful, went to the edge of the spout to get a better view and pictures with their cell phones. I'm thinking you've already posted a picture of the hitch on their truck! lol
