2100.....the left side will work fine. The right is a bit iffy. I have to ask. How are you using the crocus cloth? If you aren't using it like it's suppose to be used, it is hard to clean up right. My Grandfather showed me. Night and day difference in how my stuff turned out vs his. lol He used it as a shoe polishing rag. Cleaned things right up. Now I do it his way, and my projects clean up much better. I buy my abrasives on a roll as much as I can now. Old habits..........lol

Whitey. Is that the 5.8 K computer? If so, major score.

Well then probably the wrong way LOL hadn't even heard of the stuff till y'all mentioned it. I used it like regular sandpaper and was just going "around" the spindle back and forth. Any good videos that show proper technique?

2100... here are a couple ways. On the shoe video, jump to 2:08. That's all I could find quickly

No, but that doesn't matter. All of the 5.0 HO EEC-IV ECU's were more aggressive than the 351, so this is what I need if I wind up going automatic. The spark table is more aggressive between the A9P (automatic tune) and the A9L (manual tune). I ordered new caps for it because they are notorious for leaking, and after I get those in I will give it a whirl with the manual trans. It does not control the trans, because they had an AOD back then.... it's only for a quicker advance on the timing.

Ill definitely be hanging around but I'm not sure I had a choice in moving fast or not. All it took was a couple of days sharing my wife's car and I knew that wasnt going to work. lol

Thank you White. It is the 5.4 but the guy had receipts for timing work and an oil pump so I went with it. This is a super quiet running truck. I keep having to check the rpms at stop lights to make sure its still running.

Very nice jp, I just like it for some reason lol. What made you decide to go with Cepeks, good deal ? Don't see many making that choice anymore...good tires though. Are 275's on it now?

Thank you Jbrew. I couldnt put my finger on the appearance but it works. They were a better deal and more aggressive than the toyos and in the same size with a 45k mile tread wear warranty so I thought I would give them a shot. It has 35x12.50s on it but I wanted to tow more effectively so I stepped down some. These should measure out to a 33.4x11 and will be 15 lbs lighter so we will see.
