No OTA history on your truck at all in Ford PTS. You have the same wiper motor and trailer relay module recalls most trucks have. It also says bluecruise module programming is available at the dealer, but if you've been keeping up with the thread, you know there are people having issues with dealers not being able to program it properly.
Updated modules today with FDRS. Got my activation email. Feels good. Appreciate this thread.
I am attempting to get FDRS running but it is continuously failing when I enter the 20 character activation code. I have tried FRDS, FJDS & even IDS…. Is there a trick to get it to activate…? I got the 2 day subscription and the email receipt with the code so it looks like it all went through correctly….

Yes, that is what I did too. I have uninstalled/reinstalled 3 times with fresh downloads of the FRDS package. The license is showing as "Available" in the Helm system... Just get these messages:
The Mongoose J2534 is working fine. Can use it with FORScan without issue. I don't think it even comes into the equation though at this point of validating the FRDS license...
And nobody to call since they don't work weekends. Looks like a waste of $50...

Looks like you are using dealer/employee as a login type. Unless you are sure you want to do that, you may want to use another selection in the login type dropdown box. That may be your issue.

When I launch FRDS, it immediately pops up the licensing window and those fields at the top cannot be changed. I am only given the option of Network Settings (says not to use unless Ford tells you to), Add License (which is failing) & Exit (exits FRDS).
There is no option to select anything else on the screen other than what is in the License Information pop-up window show above with the red text...

should be able to choose non-dealer.. probably got that login saved. When you uninstall and reinstall on first login does it give you an option?
I am loading a new Win10Pro VM now from scratch to see if I can get this working. It may be that FRDS just does not want to run in a virtual machine on a Mac, although there are countless others doing so with no issue. If I can't get this to work, I can just send back the Mongoose-Plus J2534 interface and Pro-Logix charger for a refund and await a solution from Ford on the BC update to my '21 Job 1 truck...

I am using the listing of steps from the SW download site to install the needed components.
I install FRDS only in step 1. When I tried opening FDRS, it says VCI is required, so I install that as outlined in step 2. Step 3 is not needed since IDS isn't installed. Step 4 isn't needed as I am not using a VCMM...
