@rugedraw , Is it possible to get a listing like your post above about available module updates in FORScan or only in FDRS or PTS? I think I know the answer, but figured I'd ask just to be sure.

They updated nothing. This is what you show pending.
Thanks for the info. Apparently they were “having trouble talking” to the APIM??? Does this sound like a real problem? It goes back in on Wednesday for them to “dig further.”

The problem is Ford does not pay them to update modules just because they aren't up to date. There would have to be a recall or a problem with your truck that an update will fix for them to do them. Nobody likes to work for free, so you can't blame them for not doing it and making up excuses. It is Ford's responsibility to get you your updates and not the dealer, so very few people have gotten the dealer to do the updates for them.
I have a question. While I was driving the other day, I got the update screen popup for the upade about the window bounce and if I wanted to install. I was driving and in a hurry and didn't want anything to possibly mess up, so I said no. I assumed that my automatic nightly schedule I have set in the settings would then install it that night. Well, it has been several days and the automatic install has not initiated that update and in the settings it says update incomplete.

Is there a way to force it to update now?
It may have been a phantom update notice and there is no actual update pending. I can only check with the VIN. Message me.
@Ford1973 In your case, it is not a phantom update notice. You have OTA DDM 24.11.5 in your queue waiting to install. It was sent to you on 11/25 but it got canceled by Ford the same day and it was resent again this morning. Go in your truck and check for updates. It seems like you have not driven your truck since yesterday and last reported battery charge was 81% at 2:30pm yesterday. It may be a good idea to take the truck out for a 20 minute drive with the a/c fan speed on 5 to force the battery to get charged. Park it, and as soon as you do, check for updates and try to install it manually right then and there before the battery has a chance to lose charge while the truck is sitting.
