Software Updates
Yes, that is how I have understood the Version numbers work. I got that back in February, but it wasn't installed via OTA, so I didn't get the little FordPass message telling me something was updated like I get when things are OTA'd.
I have not received any of the 3-5 miscellaneous updates I have recently seen reported. I am not sure if those were included in the full update I did (with Jesse's awesome assistance) in Feb or it these are new updates I may now get via OTA.

Not sure if this is available via FDRS (@rugedraw), but if you want to spend $540 for a Mongoose-Plus and $50 for a 2-day FDRS subscription, you can install whatever is out there.
As I just shared in my last post, if you want to drop the $540 on a Mongoose-Plus andthen $50 for a 2-day FDRS subscription, you can update whenever there is something available. But that doesn't change anything with the OTA process.
No, Ford doesn't have any "do not update" list (sounds like you're referring to YOUR truck being on a list somewhere). The only time Ford will pause an update (for everyone) is if there is a problem with it.
Edit: no longer available.
I’m not sure if appropriate to post here, but it’s where it’s likely to be where it’s needed from someone. I’m parting ways with my truck and will no longer have a need necessarily for my Mongoose (wired). If someone wants to save a couple hundred $ on one - shoot me a message.
