I got an update for my 23 F150 platinum hybrid. That was good, in that I've had no updates for several months. This one modified what is shown on the center screen (the screen in the center of the truck, not the one in the center of what is in front of the driver). At the bottom right of the screen a tet mlabel appears, sometimes, that says ECOsomething. When I press it there is a narrow screen on the right that comes up with things like "Acceleration 99%". Anyone know what these numbers signify?

Sounds like the driving coach that tells you how your driving style is affecting your mpg's.
All they did was reset the APIM and run the config on it, which does absolutely nothing. As I mentioned in my post you quoted, your truck does not have any APIM updates showing, so they could not have updated it even if they wanted to. There are other modules that they could have updated, but they didn't touch those.
Hi again, thanks to you I was able to convince the dealer to try again with the updates. They just texted me it was complete but online it looks to be the same sync software version.

Can you please check if any modules were updated?
They updated the ABS module, IPMA and PSCM. However, they did not touch your APIM.
This is what I recommend you do. Call and ask to speak to service manager. Nicely and respectfully, ask him or her to please help you out with an issue your truck has. Lie and tell him you have a cousin who is a tech at a Ford store in another state who is familiar with the problem your truck has. Tell the manager to please ask the tech to run the APIM update with FDRS, and to insert the USB into the slot with the update files in it and just leave it in there. Insert the USB into the slot under the touchscreen, tell FDRS the update failed and have the tech select exit the USB programming process and close FDRS, but leave the USB in there. Tell him/her that you will gladly take him another USB drive to replace the one the tech will leave in your truck.
Then go pick up your truck, and just drive it. It can take days or a few weeks, but eventually, that USB update will kick off and install and get you out of the broken software. You will still be super behind, but at least you will start getting updates again.
If they agree to do this, let me know and I will provide further instructions.

Man you are awesome. I am on hold now trying to get the service manager.
The tech says “There is no APIM update option available to select on FDRS. What can I do as alternative for step 1?
Bro, my bad. I must have had your VIN mixed up with another one. As I mentioned to you before: The dealer cannot update your APIM even if they wanted to. You don't have the updates showing for you on the server.

@Swizzle Pending updates are below. No GWM, APIM or TCU updates pending. You do have an IPC update pending that once done, it MIGHT release the GWM update you need to fully update, but there no way I can guarantee that will happen. If you had a GWM showing, I would say full green light to Mongoose now. You would still be able to update all the ones with a green dot, but you may not be able to update your Sync.
Heading to pick it up after two days. Sync is at the same version but I asked them to update these available modules.
When you have a chance can you see what they did/did not update?

Thank you again sir!
They did everything except the IPC. They tried, but it failed 3 times and requires to be installed via CAN which takes 6 hours, so they left it alone. I don't blame them. Same thing happened to my truck twice with two different IPC updates and each one took 6 hours to do. If they did all they did for free, then chalk it up as a win and go pick up your truck.
