@rugedraw hey there, first time here!
Getting the same issue, my rear view camera button works, but camera only works when reversing.
I know the button works because it shows me hitch when driving over 20(forscan mod for reverse cam over 20kmph)
Now I think its also that tab, but might be the fact I got my windshield changed?
Although same symptoms as others, happened after a update, reverse cam works when backing, just not in neutral or drive below 20kmph, and above only the hitch cam goes on.

I'm guessing I rec'd an update yesterday. This morning, the center dash was different. The gauges were not what I set, and the MyDrive settings were all changed. Had to reset them all.
Your truck is on Sync 23159 which I though was new enough to be able to do that. Try this:
APIM (as built)
7D0-01-04
xxxx Fxxx xx--
You show an 8 there now. Putting a F will enable all camera views at speed at the APIM, too.
You definitely have not gotten all the updates to the APIM and other modules, but your software should be current enough to view cameras at speed.
Thanks for quick reply,
I think it happened after a update in October 2023.
I had done the change you had mentionned.
I even tried to restrict it to only the cameras I have which was the C instead of the F which didn't work.
I always have rebooted some or all modules after my changes.
I had successfully took the seatbelt warning off, and then some such as double alarm when exiting, etc. When the camera changes didn't work, I restored my modules to their initial state before I started my forscan editing and rebooted all modules.
Maybe my OTA updates werent done properly ?
What does work:
my reverse camera when reversing
After disabling speed limit for camera, rear button works but only for zoomed up hitch view and when I'm going over 20
What doesn't work:
All Rear cameras moving forward or in park from 0-20. No image and no message
Must be a miscommunication between modules or a OTA that wasn't done or corrupted my module.
Got a couple of errors in my dtc, such as the ones
attached in image.
I got my windshield changed too that same summer but I don't think it did anything.
Spoke to Ford today they said I might have to bring it in to flash/reprogram some my.modules.

That ethernet code indicates a possible hardware issue like a loose connection or something. It has to be related to that, imo.

That's a code from gwm, and it doesn't show unless I do a deep scan of the modules.
Just out of curiosity, do you see which modules are up to date in my system with the vin ?
If it would be a loosing wiring, wouldn't other things not work ?
