Then something is not right. I would call Ford's Fordpass department to see if they can send an activation signal to your modem. Modem shows as "not authorized" in PTS, so your truck is not talking to the cloud.

@rugedraw Would you be able to look up mine? I haven't had an OTA update since purchasing the truck 2 years ago. Dealership is telling me that the software is up to date, however I don't have full screen CarPlay. VIN:1FTFW1E56MFA73718

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but your truck is on Sync 20301 which is bad software from 2021 known to break the OTA process on job 1 2021 trucks like yours. The dealer may or many not be aware of this issue, as Ford never officially admitted to the problem. The attached GSB was sent to all dealer to advise them of what the latest Sync version is for each Sync 4 Ford vehicle. The problem is, your truck is now out of warranty, so I don't see how they are going to replace the APIM for you.

Your truck is on Sync 23031 which is over 1.5 years old at this point. Modules pending updates are below. You are showing an APIM update pending which is good, but I can see no updates have been sent in a while. The one strange thing I see is that your truck has reported zero DTC's at all. Normally, I would say that's a good thing, but 99% of vehicles report something in terms of codes and your truck is not reporting anything. Modem seems to be working fine, though. Tbh, I have no good explanation as to why you haven't been sent any updates.

Including this and 5 other forums I am on? Yea, it's pretty close to full-time. lol

Truck is on Sync 23159 which is one version behind the latest. Truck has a healthy OTA history and 6.1.0 is the last power-up update it got. Modules pending updates are below.
