Software Updates
Not sure if this is the right spot in the message, but I would like to see my updates, last one was October 2023. No complaints really. Sometimes truck goes to sleep after a 2 hour highway drive and next day I have the msg sleep, battery was replaced under warranty over a year ago, even with a trip 1500 miles it has done that.

No OTA's have been sent to you recently. The only codes your truck is reporting is below. The IPMA code with the SSM referenced cites a possible loose connection between that module and the affected camera. That would be a good place to for the dealer to start with that issue.
@rugedraw or @camattin ,
Could I trouble you to check what you can see that they've done? The above DTCs and Module Update lists from @rugedraw before I took the truck in for service were extremely helpful since it showed which modules had updates pending and the dates of the last updates.

I finally got a call from the dealership to say my truck is ready for pickup. No specifics provided, but I took it in for a bed camera issue and to see if they were willing to do any of the 18 available module updates. I know they did seven as outlined above.

Could I trouble you to check what you can see that they've done? The above DTCs and Module Update lists from @rugedraw before I took the truck in for service were extremely helpful since it showed which modules had updates pending and the dates of the last updates.

Picked up my truck and a new bed camera was installed - 2nd replacement. In addition to the seven module updates they did, I see my Sync screen has been updated to what I assume is the latest version. BTW, the way they did the updates was they put on the ticket that the customer states the Sync screen goes blank. Whatever it takes!
I was wondering how we know if we have the latest maps. My house number still doesn't show on my street and it's been five years since it was built.

Not sure how to check what map version is the latest, but I would assume if you have the latest version if you have the latest Sync. I don't use the Sync nav myself; I use Android Auto for everything.
