Ruge, can you check my truck again to see if it’s still updating?

Thanks!

In my case, when I check the software in my truck, it tells me I'm on 2.7.3, but I know for most, it only tells you your truck is "up to date" and doesn't tell you which version you have.

As far as helping you with the operation of BlueCruise itself, I can't provide much insight as I'm still a few updates away from getting it so I've never had a chance to mess with it. I know you need to have an active subscription for it to work, but I'm not sure what the process is to get it since I haven't had the need to do it yet. However, if you are seeing Bluecruise on your truck, you have to be on at least 2.8.2 for that to appear. The video below should help you to make sure you're doing it right.

Thank you, that video is where this journey began. In the video it shows that there is normal, adaptive and intelligent options in the drivers assistance section. My truck doesn’t give the “intelligent” option since the update (it did. Score the update). The only options are normal and adaptive. Unless the video is somehow incorrect, I believe that is where my problem is deriving from.

Your OTA dashboard still shows up blank. Nothing appears has been done as far as updates at the dealer.

The service bulletin says the BC updates have to be done in a very specific order. Maybe they botched it when they updated it in June. Maybe they missed an IPC update that would make that appear on your instrument panel? Again: I'm not a tech, so I try to stay in my lane and not give out technical advice.

No OTA history on your truck for the past 60 days.

According to your OTA dashboard, 2.8.3 installed successfully on 7/21. Since then, your truck is showing a DTC on the IPC module that reads: "Invalid Data Received From Accessory Protocol Interface Module", but that's an instrument panel cluster code.......not sure if that affects camera functionality.

I don't have FDRS. One of the techs on here will have to check that for you.
