Software Updates
@rugedraw Sorry to bother you but feel like I am back into never-getting-OTA-updates all over again.
When you have time, mind checking?

"Your truck seems fine to me. It looks like your VIN has not been added to the roll-out schedule for the 6.x.x updates yet. I don't see anything to be worried about."
Thanks, my friend. Decreasing my panic mode now!

@DoGooder
The dealer did not program the new APIM correctly. However, the good news is, your truck is still fine. You are showing a GWM update that needs to be installed (either by the dealer or via OTA) that will line everything back up.

I feel like with the number of people you've helped on here, you could walk into a bar anywhere in the country, announce who are and never have to pay for a beer ever again. And that's definitely true if you find yourself in Colorado.
@addabob I think you're on the right track and are saying pretty much what the service advisor was saying: "So the APIM is up to date at this current moment...there are multiple modules that have software updates...almost every vehicle that comes has software updates available but that doesnt mean they need to be performed. I cant see the modules with updates available unless I directly have FDRS hooked up to the vehicle. Nothing is preventing the APIM from being updated, or causing OTA updates to fail since we replaced the part, and updated it. There have been no OTA updates to be done since we had your truck last week. Everything is operating as it should, and when there are OTA updates, they will go through as they should since the APIM is up to software."
So I guess we'll see. The frustrating thing is I have no way of knowing if the updates aren't being sent, are being sent but not received because I don't have cellular service, or if there's some other problem. Well, no way of knowing other than harassing @rugedraw but I feel bad about that.
@rugedraw I can't thank you enough for helping me sort this out. Given what you're seeing do you think my vehicle will receive the GWM update via OTA? I can't say I'm surprised the dealer didn't do it correctly. They had my truck for 2 weeks and didn't get around to doing the work until the day after I was supposed to pick it up.

That OTA is a fairly recent release that was sent out to fix connectivity issues that could have been preventing people from getting updates Whether you had the issue or not, the OTA would been sent to you. It is impossible to know now if you were affected since that update would have fixed the issue. I would need your VIN to see more.

Your latest power-up update was 6.8.0, so if you have Bluecruise, you're only missing 6.13.0 (which was replaced with PU update CMR-FX). If you don't have BC, you are at the latest power-up update. You are still showing modules pending updates and those will come in eventually in the form of "Priority Updates" or PU updates like the one you got in March that address random fixes, improvements and/or streamlining for future updates.
