You would have to scroll down to the bottom to see which OTA it is. From the wording, that looks like the one that gives you just the buttons and not the actual features.

I very much appreciate your help. Here is the last page:

I can PM you my VIN if that would help.

In this case, I do not need the VIN. At the very end of the notes, the OTA is Sync-25.2.1.6.5, so this is the APIM update and not the IPMA update that gives you the actual features.

Do the IPMA updates come OTA as well?

Yes, eventually.

Pretty damn far behind. If you just got that one, you'll most likely get 6.2.0 and 6.3.0 in the next few days, and then another pause that will last weeks or longer before the next one comes in.

FINALLY got the BCM-24.6.R update.

Changed my auxiliary battery about a week ago after getting some weird issues with remote start and other connection issues.

Dealers would have lines of vehicles out the door if we had to go back in rather than OTA updates.

I'm ok with OTA, especially since We've figured out that my Nov21 built 21, gets everything after everyone else, and hopefully what we get is right first time thanks to those Job 1 testers....

I’ve received 4 updates in the last month. Highly unusual for me as I’ve only received about 4 updates since 2021. The updates ( 6.3.0, 6.4.0, 6.5.0 & ECG-24.2.4.10.1) installed without issue but I’m having a problem getting the 5th update (BCM-24.6.R). It keeps telling me the update was postponed because it was interrupted by another process. I’ve set all the preconditions in the notice but no joy. Any ideas as to what I should do? It’s failed 5 times so far.
