Hi @rugedraw can you please check what is going on with my truck VIN 1FTFW1RG3MFD11598? They have attempted updates a few times but no luck, and seem lost (I have been told some issue from server side which seems a stretch to me).

Also is v23291 still the most recent update?
Total and complete BS. Your OTA history is blank and does not show any update history at all. Your modem's status says "not authorized". I am not sure if this is preventing OTA's or not, but I can tell you this is not normal. I also see there is no Fordpass account tied to this truck. Are you able to set up Fordpass? Do NOT perform a factory reset as this screenshot says.

Unfortunately, Ford Pass is blocked in the UAE so that explains why you don't see a Ford Pass against my truck. OTA updates outside of North America (well at least in UAE) are switched off too which would explain the modem not authorized/registered message (guessing so). The dealer got me updated to v22293 and any further attempts to get me to the latest version have been unsuccessful. They updated the gateway module and then the APIM update kept failing. Frustrating experience if you ask me.
Also, so I stay updated, is v23291 still the latest version?

Ah, ok. I remember your case now. Yes, they did try several times to update the APIM, but it did not go through. Personally, I would have kept trying to update it. You say you are on Sync 22293? Ford server shows you are on 22192.

Yes, Sync 23291 is the latest.
Yea, sorry you are right. Got numbers mixed up. 22192 is my current version and the v22293 was the first one to support the full screen CarPlay.
I am awaiting next steps from them next week. I will keep you posted. Is there anything that I should ask them to try different?
@rugedraw Hi would you be able to take a look at my fathers 2022 Super Duty it hasnt update in like a year he dropped it off for service a few days ago and mentioned this to them. They said they cleared out the codes for updates but I dont believe them can you see if his truck is up to date or if something is wrong I think the module is f'ed I dont believe they hooked it up for FDRS and manually forced updates. Thank you.
