The reason they are having issues with the update is a bit technical and difficult for me to explain because I don't fully understand it myself. I am not a software engineer. With that said: In this case, my contact can make you a custom update that you should get your APIM updated to the next revision level. You would need a 32GB or bigger USB drive formatted to exFAT that you would insert into the USB slot located under your a/c controls and then follow a procedure that I will more provide more details on should you want to try it yourself. If you are interested, message me with your email so I can send you the files and the instructions.

 

Vehicle history shows this truck was connected to FDRS and a network scan was done on 2/14, but no module updates were attempted. The truck is sitting on the same Sync version it left the factory with and does not seem to have ever recorded any updates. I would have to check FDRS for modules pending updates later when I get home to my laptop.

 

Thanks for the quick update yeah can you check if the modules need to be update or if there is any pending updates that cant go through.

Last OTA attempt was 6.4.0 which failed back in December. This is around the time that updates were paused due to potential issues, but they've resumed sending them out since then. i think you're fine. Just have to wait your turn.
