I got a post-6.8.0 update yesterday. After it was done, I noticed a few of my tire sensors weren't reading (FordPass app). Checked it after I drove to work. All were reporting properly. This is not the first time I've seen this happen.

The vast majority of the truck owners do nothing more than buy their trucks, drive them, and only fix what breaks. I'd bet the vast majority of trucks are in this situation.

According to Ford, this issue affected +/-10% of all job 1 F150s, Mach Es, Edges, Broncos and Nautilus vehicles.

FYI: Don't confuse this with the optional data plan that you can subscribe to so folks in the truck can connect via WiFi and access the web.

OTA 6.5.0 successfully downloaded and installed this morning at 1:00 am. This is the first one that I recall that actually disabled the truck for 12 minutes while installing. But all went well.

I had the same when I got in the truck after work. My 1st time seeing the 12-minute warning when installing an update, as well.
Of course, it resets all your sound settings, your display settings, and all that...
I suppose it's a minor inconvenience and I have gotten pretty quick at setting everything back the way I like it

I was really taken by surprise by the resets and for a while could not figure out what had happened. Then I realized that by finding and pushing enough buttons I could put most of it back like before. A few things on Car Play either have been changed internally or I haven't yet figured out, but for the most part it's all back to normal. (smile)

Getting pretty tired of having to reset all my radio presets and other configurations, dash configs, and my View menus after every update. Come ON FORD. Should be pretty fundamental requirement for your software developers to test for.

They seem to have a lot of power to set things. That said, we don't know how much power they have to read what's been set in the truck. That is, it maybe harder to keep the presents than we suppose. But I agree it is annoying to have to reset things.

I just got 6.8 two days ago and was surprised to see my Nav and Audio settings did not get changed this time around. My driver display gauge setting were reset but seems center display is still where I had it.
Edit: After some driving, I did find some settings from center display have been reset.
