Software Updates
This is the second time I've gotten this message in the Ford app.
The first time was after an update that was supposedly installed in October; then it reappeared after the December 12th update.
Sorry if my question looks stupid, but I cannot understand the "If you have recently received the 6.2.0 update" part. How in the world do I find out if I received this update or not?!
I have checked everywhere and could not find any version information in the vehicle menus or in the Ford app. What am I missing? Where do I find the installed version number?

Are most people now consistently getting all of these 6.x updates I see being reported? My 2021 Job 1 is still wallowing with 4.2.4 as the last OTA from back in May, so none of the 4.3.x or 6.x.x updates have reared their heads for me yet. Always on WiFi, and SOC typically in the 90+ range. I have even started applying the parking brake and setting the headlight switch to the off position (not the auto position) to ensure all of the so-called "pre-conditions" are met. I assume, based on previous experience, that I am not alone, but wanted to verify that this is the case. Thanks all!
Edit: Did you ever have your APIM swapped out for any reason?
@rugedraw Can you do a check for updates to see if any are waiting in the queue? The last 3 updates only came through when I reset the BCM after things like my auto-start stop stop working, etc.
Dealer says battery is fine, but I think something is wrong when my autostart stop stop working after a couple weeks.
I want to see if there is an update waiting and then do the reset and see if it comes through after.

When 6.2.0 was first released, the roll-out was stopped due to some problem in the update. Ford later re-released it when they fixed it. For those that did get the bad version of 6.2.o, a different update was sent to them to fix the issue. You cannot check what you are looking for. I cna check you OTA history, but I would need your VIN.
