Based on your Sync version, it makes sense that you would be getting OTA 3.5.3. Give me a bit to check the rest of the data with the guru and I'll get back to you.

My suspicions are 100% correct. The APIM they put in your truck needs to be PMI'd. It needs to be done ASAP, too. If your truck Syncs up with Ford's servers and updates the as-built info from the APIM in your truck onto their database, it will render your truck incapable of receiving updates. The PMI process requires 13gb of data to update the APIM which takes hours to do, so dealers do not do it out of laziness 95% of the time or ignorance the other 5%.
I repeat: Get your truck back to the dealer ASAP! If your truck syncs up with Ford and the as-built data gets mixed up, it will be very difficult to get your truck fixed. The techs do not know how to do it. They will have to open a case with Ford Engineering and your truck will most likely be stuck at the dealer for a long time.
My F150 continues to do well and received 3.5.4 overnight or while I was running around today. For those trying to figure out what that does it allows two phones to be connected at the same time. Onboard scales payload capacity alert and apparently improves the owners manual.

Can someone please check my VIN to see if I need an update? Haven't had one if the few weeks I have owned it. 1FTFW1E52PFB18268
Your truck was built 5 weeks ago. It was built with most of the latest software already. You may still need some of the 4.2.x updates that recently came out, and if that is the case, you will get them. Do not read too deep into this thread as these OTA problems pertain more to owners of trucks built a while back that didn't have these updates already on there. Your truck most likely has the latest built into it, so not seeing an update yet or for a while is normal.

As did mine this morning. 3.5.4 actually came in while I was driving around...lets hope it continues
@rugedraw Can you please check my VIN to see if I have an update coming? The last OTA (to my knowledge) that I received was 2.7.4 and it was in November 2022. I received an email from Ford on 3/24/2023 saying new Sync screens were coming to my F-150. Nothing has happened.
I have a 2021 XLT SCREW PowerBoost 302A Job 1.
As an aside... I recently bought a separate router so I could run an additional WiFi network that will only be used by my F-150. The new network is a simple SSID, simple password (letters and numbers only), 2.4 GHz, WPA2 + AES security, dedicated IP address for both SYNC and the onboard modem.

Your truck is quite behind on updates, but it is past the point where job 1 2021 trucks got stuck not receiving updates. The updates that you need to get up to date are two year old updates that Ford rarely pushes out. You have no choice but to wait it out or invest in the tools needed to do it yourself.
