Glad my insight was able to get you the help you needed. Remind me to check your VIN from the office tomorrow to see what they did. If they did successfully update those modules, you are no longer stuck in OTA limbo. Based on your sync version, it looks like they did it. Now you'll be able to get OTAs whenever Ford decides to actually send them to your truck. You may get one soon, but it may take months to get one. Ford's OTA process sucks.
Also, it is correct that Ford does not pay them to update modules which takes hours unless very specific conditions are met, and right now there is s hold on updating trucks even if they qualify.
No, you're not stuck. Matter of fact, 3.5.3 was sent to you on 1/27 but it timed out on 2/10 before it was able to download the files. Now you have to wait for it to be resent to your truck again.
While on a 2 hour trip, stopped at a location up north, 1 hour later ready to go home and all my GPS Favorites GONE and while dash is in KM's, the screen is in Miles to destination.
My Dash configuration was also affected. My Home destination gone. I had to spend an hour reprogramming what I remember was lost. But my dash is while in Canada is KM (metric) but the screen remains Miles (USA) and no where in the settings anywhere to change it. I can live with that but when I go to USA I change everything to Miles (USA) and when back to Canada change everything back to KM's (Metric). Seems like only the dash is changeable but not the large screen!
One notification stated Dynamic screen resizing when using android auto or apple car play... I couldn't care less about that as I hate both of those and that's when all my configuration was wiped to start with and today Advanced Dual Phone update which I think is great (if it works)
Has anybody experienced the above and how to convert the large screen gps back to KM's (metric)? 22 f-150 platinum
I have a 2022 F150 Lariat and here is how I change to Km in my nav system.
Centre display
- General
- Measurement Units
- toggle Miles, then toggle Km/100K. When going back to your nav screen it should now show the distance to your destination in Km.

I recently completed an OTA update to "Priority Update 22-PU1009-TLC-CSM". During the first half of that update (separated by a week or so), my Wireless Apple Car Play started having disconnect issues. Now my remote start from FordPass is not working either (neither is Lock/Unlock... remote start from key fob works fine). Timing of both these issues coincided with the update. Anyone else having these issues? And any suggestions? I live where it can get cold and I very frequently used the Fordpass remote start. The Apple Car Play works if I connect with the cable, so I can live with that for now. But the lack of remote start... no bueno.
UPDATE: There is apparently an issue on the truck, per this screenshot. I'll give it another day to see if it resolves, but whatever is causing this is most likely the reason why FordPass won't connect. I did verify that it's not connecting for any information at all, not just "remote start."

After getting over the 2.8.1 hump, the updates keep rolling in. Yesterday I got one, and tonight I got 22-PU0707-SCH-POPB, which says it is the updated camera views update. I'll have to check it out tomorrow.
@coachboz68 You could try to unplug the TCU for a day (24 hrs) to allow it to fully power down and the capacitors to discharge. Sometimes it stops working, and the problem has seemed more common with trucks recently.
The last update that shows on my Truck is "Recall 22S17 Trailer Not Recognized". (Ford Pass) This is marked Jun 11, 2022. If possible would someone please help me check if there have been attempts.

I am extremely interested if this allows you to access the bed cam while in motion. I want this so bad.
