PTS shows that update 3.5.3 failed to install back in January, but based on your Sync version being 22294 which is the latest for a 2021, you have that update. I see the APIM was updated manually using FDRS on 4/7. Right now, you have 3.5.4 sitting in your queue as the OTA trigger for that update was sent to your truck about 2 hours ago. That update has installed for just about everyone with no issues, so you should get notification in your Fordpass about about 3.5.4 installing soon. There is nothing wrong with your truck. You are almost fully up to date. Once 3.5.4 install, you will get 2-3 priority updates shortly afterwards. Nothing to worry about in your case.

No OTA history in the past 60 days and no OTA in your queue at this time. Your truck being a 2022 was already built with the older updates some 2021 owners are still waiting on, but you are missing a few to be fully up to date. Nothing you can do but wait for Ford to send them to you; there is nothing wrong with your truck.

Back in January I finely got over the 2.8.1 hump and I was on a roll up to getting 3.5.2 on February 20th. Then nothing.
Rugedraw could you see if there has been any activity on mine since?

You've had 3.5.3 sent to your truck 4 times since 3/1. It failed the first 3 times and it's looking like it will fail the 4th time, too. It's been in your queue since 4/5 trying to download the files it needs and the OTA trigger will time out on 4/19. While it is very common for this update to fail this way, I've never seen someone get it and fail as many times as your truck has.

 

OK, I have seen nothing on Ford Pass or on the truck display. I have been keeping the battery charged and have taken it on a couple of longer trips recently.
