@rugedraw I went to the dealership and showed them all the info you sent me (thanks again!). They now claim that they fixed the issues, and updated Sync w/ the latest update and that an OIA update started for the truck. I'm picking it up at 4:00pm but wanted to see if you had a quick minute to check it on your end before I head over. The VIN is 1FTEW1E83NFA19588. Mind checking it before I head out? I don't have FDRS to see what modules may still be pending updates. However, they did update your APIM which should give you 3.5.3, your TCU which is 3.5.4. They also updated your IPC. It took them three tries, but they got it done. You should be good to go.

Hell yeah! When I left work this afternoon I discovered that I received the coolwalk update sometime during the day (it wasn't like this this morning).

Those only show up there when the update came in successfully via OTA.
Same thing happened to me today. Still don't have any Sync update for fullscreen, Alexa, Dual phones though, looks like Ford wins the competition of **** update schedules!
I had fullscreen AA working just fine for a couple of days and then my Pixel 5a had a system update, then an AA update through the Play Store, then my truck did a trailer brake recall update while I was in the truck trying to take a nap (pic below).
Now I cannot do full screen Google Maps anymore. I have tried everything I can think of, short of factory resetting and reinstalling my entire phone.
Anyone else have this?
