I also have a 2022 and received 3.5.2 back in Sep. I had my truck at the dealer for service last month and the following modules were updated: PCM, ABS, SOBDMC, TRM, APIM, and IPMA.

Prior to that service my About SYNC screen showed Version 21297 Revision 253. After the updates, I see my About SYNC now shows Version 22293 Revision 610. I can't really say I notice any improvements. However, because of the SOBDMC update in particular, my transmission had to "relearn" my driving. It was a bit jerky shifting and my gas mileage dropped. Now after some driving things seem back to normal.

I hope this is the correct thread to post this issue. I have a 21 PB with bluecruise. I purchased it last month expecting to be able to buy a BC subscription and use the hands free, actually the reason i bought the truck. Well after getting the truck home i was told by ford customer service it was an "easy" update that can be done at the dealer. That is obviously not true, and after multiple reschedules from the dealer because the only person who know how to do it was out sick, I finally dropped it off yesterday and they told me ford has put a STOP ON ALL UPDATES STATUS IS DO NOT PROCEED FSA 21G01.

Called ford and they said it was only in regard to OTA updates and it should not have effected my BC update. I called the dealer back and they literally said "ford will give us the middle finger if we try to bill for the update".

Truck had 7k miles when i bought it, i have never bought a car with less then 100k miles on it, never spent more then $12k on a vehicle. Buyers remorse is really starting to set in, was hoping for some piece of mind by having a warranty, but quickly realized its only as good as the dealer/manufacturer and feel like i am stuck trying to fix the problems myself anyways.

Any help appreciated.

For once a dealer isn't blowing smoke. Direct from PTS:

The truck received 2.7.3 on 12/2, so I don't think that you're stuck with regards to OTA updates.

Is your PTS working to see OTA updates?

Seemingly so. Can't see any on mine since none have hit in the past 60 days (boo), but I did see @Next GenRacing 's OTA.

Strange.

The "connected vehicle" tab has been grayed out on my PTS since yesterday no matter what VIN I put in there.

I did notice that the other day -- literally did nothing more than a reload on the page and it came back. PTS runs as well as their OTA update process.

I got my last update to 3.5.2 on Oct 8th, and now have Sync 22192 Rev 498. Still no full screen CarPlay but I have all the other things working like BS (kinda works but is a wandering fool), cameras at speed, etc... I'm just waiting to the OTA to resume. I had enough of the dealership and getting updated to BC, so I will just be happy with what I have and assess updates if/when they may come. With the addition of working BC, Ford has finally delivered what I bought, so all the rest of these new feature enablements I may get I think is gravy...

Man up boys. Anyone with Blue Cruise installation by dealer or OTA is a guinea pig for a system that is never going to work. I'm amazed there isn't some greedy lawyer filing one of those BS "class action lawsuits" about it.
