Sorry to ask again but is someone able to check my VIN. 1FTFW1ED5NFB69820 to see if I need the dealer to update the GWM or if I have a faulty APIM.

I have no idea what my powerup version is or what was the last Sync update was as nothing shows under updates, just says it is up to date.

I am assuming you are having issues with Blue cruise not working? I encourage you to check you Hands free driving expiration date , located under settings>general>about SYNC and scroll down to the bottom. (Note the format is DD-MM-YYYY)

I see you are on Powerup 3.5.2 no OTA is pending at this time. You likely need to take to dealer if the date is expired.

yes my date is 10/09/2022, so I never got the blue cruise map update for October or December. I just took delivery on Dec 27, and dealer told me everything is up to date. When I spoke to Ford, they said they sent an update in October but was never activated (This is because it was sitting in the Deerborn parking lot still on chip hold)

I was about to switch dealers as I was starting to believe my dealer lied to me as my sync version is 22082_Product Revision 411 which doesnt seem to be what others have.

I do have automatic updates turned on, Schedule set for 1am and have wifi connected as it reaches my driveway.

Am I to assume I am to sit back and wait for OTA update or take it back to the dealer?

TBH from what I have read, you shouldnt use cruise control during break in period (1000 miles/1500km) anyways which I am only at 500km, but want a full functioning truck!

Is there any point in checking my VIN to see what is happening/happened with updates?

1FTFW1ED2PFA04603

I was driving from church this AM and I received a notification that BC was available!! and it works!! I did niot receive and other messages or notices about any other updates. Not sure what happened, but glad it did.

Now if I can get Forscan to work on my 23 Platinum, I can finishing making it like I want.

This is what it says.
Last successful software update completed on:
1/6/2023

What's in This Update?

Ford Power-Up 3.5.4 Get ready for some powerful convenience. (Note that you may have already received an earlier version of these updates but this release is an enhancement.) Advanced Dual Phone Access two phones at the same time without having to mess with the settings. You could, for example, easily access both phones for incoming calls, contacts, text messages, emails and more. Payload Limit Warning We fine-tuned the Onboard Scales function so that you'll receive a notification if your payload capacity has been reached even if other feature menus are occupying the screen. Digital Owner's Manual We made sure what you need to know is in there and easy to find. Go see it at Ford.com/support, in-vehicle or in the FordPass® App. Ongoing updates like this help you enjoy the best possible version of your truck.

Something is wrong with PTS and I can't check OTA history, but you have a 2022 so you truck was built with 2.8.3 and everything below it already. All you would need is 3.5.2 to be fully up to date. Hopefully 3.5.3 and 3.5.4 will start being rolled out to everyone now.
