Oh, I understand. What I am saying is, they won't let you keep the loaner while they await the APIM. If they diagnose it as being faulty and order one, they will tell you to bring the loaner back and take your truck until it arrives. Then, they give you a loaner again until the complete the repair.

Although I'd be disappointed to have to wait I could easily live with that scenario. I use my truck for work and it's a real inconvenience when I don't have it. Thanks for the clarification.

I made them keep my truck until everything was in working order. That took just over 2 months. While I didn't have my truck, I put 110+ miles a day on thier loaner car.

That may be my choice also but that depends on what I'm driving. My luck will be a Ecosport.

when I had to do that, they gave my fat *** a Camry. That was probably hilarious seeing me trying to get out of that thing. I kept trying to get a replacement truck but they said there wasn’t one available. 10 days using a shoehorn……..😂

Quite a few people, including me, have lost the ability to use cameras in motion/at speed after the most recent Sync updates. Verified settings in Forscan, but still not working. Does anyone have this working successfully with Sync version 22293?

Happy New Year! Thought I would answer this before I forget.

As mentioned in some posts above, I had a number of module updates by the dealer with some still remaining. In the process, my SYNC was updated to Version 22293 Revision 610. I checked the cameras when I ran errands earlier. All of them work in motion except the front which switches to rear as I approach 10mph. In rear camera mode, the annoying Full View Not Available message box is still there. I was hoping one of the updates would make it disappear.

I'm very pleased in that my Rear Brake Assist Not Available warning message and beep is finally gone. Now I'll need to test it by trying to "kill" a big trash bag in reverse.

Wow, almost 10 months to get a new truck. I would go nuts waiting! Bought my 2021 from dealer stock, and waited a few hours to take delivery, doing paper work and trading in the 2020 Edge ST. I am in my late 70's and have purchase many new vehicles, and have never ordered one!

Now I am likely going to wait another 10 months to get Blue Cruise working... I have been a very patient man but this is over my head getting a Mongoose Adapter, FDRS, Laptop etc. and with my luck I will brick my truck! If anyone can help me determine the version I have I would be greatly thankful. Happy New Years everyone!
