Happy New Year! Thought I would answer this before I forget.
As mentioned in some posts above, I had a number of module updates by the dealer with some still remaining. In the process, my SYNC was updated to Version 22293 Revision 610. I checked the cameras when I ran errands earlier. All of them work in motion except the front which switches to rear as I approach 10mph. In rear camera mode, the annoying Full View Not Available message box is still there. I was hoping one of the updates would make it disappear.
I'm very pleased in that my Rear Brake Assist Not Available warning message and beep is finally gone. Now I'll need to test it by trying to "kill" a big trash bag in reverse.
I guess the mystery is why it works for you! I’m on the same Sync version and all updates to all modules are installed. Can you share your APIM and IPMA settings that worked for you?

To be honest, I have no idea. Can you see that info in Ford PTS? I know those were two of the modules the dealer updated according to your response to me on 12/24.
FWIW, my truck is a 2022 Job 1 with an order date of 10/1/2021, Build Date of 1/25/2022, on chip hold until 03/24/2022 and delivered on 4/15/2022. My cameras worked in motion from the day I took delivery.
Can someone tell me how to see what Power Up version my truck is on?
Before I had the dealer do BC update I saw version 22-PU0614-SRV somewhere on my screen - I think it was under “Software Updates/Update Details”
All it says now is “software is up to date”.
I see I’m on version 22293_PRODUCT Rev 610 on my “About Sync” screen.

I was playing with my 360 cameras on the way home from Costco. I am on 3.5.2. The bed view and rear view cameras will stay on while driving including freeway speed. Never tried it before, so do not know if it is something new. I will be helpful to check on my utility trailer with trike once in a while on 1500 mile semi annual migrations.

The update you are referring to was sent to your truck on 12/2 and it failed to install for unclear reasons. It downloaded the files, but the actual installation never kicked off and the OTA trigger expired. Nothing you can do than just wait for it to be sent to you again. That is one of two small patches that 2021 owners get before they get sent 3.5.2. That update, the other patch and 3.5.2 are all updates to prepare your truck for future updates, so you are not missing out on anything.
See here's my dilemma, I don't really have a "dealership". The people I bought the truck from are outstanding and always treat me well. They were up front and said their internet couldn't handle the update. They were convincing and recommended me to another local dealership. Both of these dealers are about an hour from my house. My local dealers aren't highly recommended. I've yet to hear back from them but am so disappointed that it was there and not completed as promised. Knowing my luck the module will need to be replaced and that concerns me. I don't have the confidence to attempt this on my own. I'm so disappointed in the brand on this issue.
Hello there! This doesn't sound like the kind of experience we want you to have. If you send over a private message with your VIN and preferred dealership info, I'd be happy to look into things on my end.
I see that I’m still on version 22192 revision 498. I did get some updates recently, but I’m not entirely sure what all they were. Thanks in advance!
2.8.1 was sent to you back on 10/7, but it did not install. That particular update requires the vehicle to be inhibited to about 2 hours while the update installs, so you would have manually had to start the update when it was sent to you. They will send it out to you again eventually. If you don't have one already, get yourself a 10amp minimum battery charger to connect it to your truck while it updates. This update is known to fail the install due to low battery voltage. Even with the battery charger connected to it, many people have reported it failing several times before it went through.
Been a long while for me since it was stuck, then fixed. Someone wanna see what I have outstanding right now? I think I've been on 3.5.2 for a few months. Thanks.
