Thanks Rick - great info! One thing I noticed right away is all the warning bells sound different (lights on, backup alarm, etc). I'm relieved they at least were able to update some of the modules. Perhaps the rest will get done after the Holidays - we'll see!

Hey guys, I just recently purchased a 21’ Platinum with the prep package and no Bluecruise. I’m not sure which version I’m on or which OTA updates the truck has received since I just got the truck yesterday. Can someone please check and give me some guidance? VIN:
1FTFW1ED2MFC03551
Thank you!

No OTA history on your truck in the past 60 days which is as far back as we can see. You have a newer version of Sync on your truck indicating it is not stuck in OTA limbo. Ford re-opened the 21G01 campaign for Bluecruise programming at the dealer, and your VIN lists that campaign as open, so you can try taking it to your local dealer and hope they are able/willing to do it.

I have two quick questions (since I'm not a Ford tech): 1) Are you seeing this info in Ford PST, OASIS, or some other system?
2) Is it possible to tell which module they were updating when the dealer's Drive Manager told the tech to abort the update that had been in progress for 4 hours to give the vehicle back to me around 4pm last Friday the 23rd because she was pissed off with me (long story!)?

As we used to say when I was teaching courses at a military school - non-attribution policy in effect!!

I don’t know if Apple did an update or Ford, but CarPlay appeared differently yesterday.

Not full screen different, still 3/4 screen, but had a page filled like widgets. split into three sections.

PTS. It shows an IPMA module was the last thing they updated and the update finished at 4:02pm. It does show it was successfully updated and not interrupted.

I swear the chime for my rear parking sensors changed all of a sudden. Could this be from an update? Anyone else notice this at any point? Maybe I'm just nuts.

As mentioned in the quotes above, I noticed all my chimes and warning bells sounded different when I picked up my truck from the dealer last Fri after updates to the PCM, ABS, SOBDMC, TRM, APIM, and IPMA modules.
