Would you mind checking mine when time allows. I am dealing with the phantom battery drain issue as well as no OTA updates. I have a dealer appointment scheduled for later this month. I was told yesterday that I might could update with a USB however I don't see that option when I go to the SYNC site.

The F150 Received Powerup 3.5.2 on 9/14, no pending OTAs at this time.

The Expedition received Ford Power-Up BC-22-09 on 9/4, no pending OTAs at this time.

You are stuck in OTA limbo, no OTA activity at all, and you are stuck on SYNC build 20301(red flag for being stuck )

The dealer needs to address this more than likely.

Fullscreen car play comes with Powerup 3.5.3 , unfortunately no OTAs are pending for you at this time. They come out in waves when they push these updates out to vehicles so hang tight

I've been dealing with BlueCruise issues for months now, would you check my VIN to see if there's any suggestions, updates etc my truck needs and or I might try?

You have a 2022, so you truck was built with BlueCruise already in it. If you are having issues, you may need to take it to the dealer for camera and sensor calibrations. I see you got 3.5.2 via an OTA on 9/16, so you are almost fully up to date. We are all waiting for Ford to start pushing out 3.5.3.

Truck has been sitting at the Ford dealer for 1 week now. Service dept claims it's taking this long because there are 3 updates needed from Ford and they are waiting to receive the 3rd update so they can download it to my truck, hopefully next week.

Is there a link to show what 3.5.3 has to offer over 3.5.2?
