Thanks for your help and I will reach out. They told me that they had ordered 2 parts (chips) that were backordered to eternity but that when they could get them they would rety the entire process. I will say seems the work and updates they did seems to have bricked lane keeping (the system one step under blue cruise). I also still do not have camera operational at high speeds or adjustment to cruise control speed limit which were both in recent updates. I will definately see about that usb file and give it a try as I await the parts.
Thanks
Unless the tech followed the 21G01 recall for BC programming exactly in the order it says to do the updates, it could install things that won't work because other things are missing. I see they did updates that don't have anything to do with BC, so I'm thinking they didn't follow the exact order even though I see the pulled up the instructions for 21G01. It's hard for me to tell from what I can see. Curious to what he says when you do speak to him.
Good news for Job 1 owners! A few people in another forum have reported getting 3.5.2 sent to them. I checked my own OTA dashboard and it shows my Job 1 has 3.5.2 in queue to install. We're going to be fully caught up with the 2022's soon.
I'm waiting on 2.7.3. It seems to have stalled but I'm hoping it catches up again. I really want that rear camera update so I can see the bed of the truck at speed.
I'll have to break down and get a battery tender and plug it in at night. Problem is I don't have a garage. I would have to conceal the tender under the hood but be able to close the hood and run the cables under the truck. I'll figure it out.

I don't remember 2.7.3 being one of the ones that has issues installing due to the low battery condition. It's 2.8.1 that gives that error. Have I checked your truck to see what the error code is? Sorry, but I check so many trucks for people that it's hard for me to keep track of everyone's situation.

Woohoo, I have this one in the queue too. And have a road trip this weekend, going to see if I can kick it into installing.
Rugedraw it's been a while with no activity on my truck, can you take a look please? Vin: 1FTFW1ED5MFC06184. Nothing since the confusing messages about 2.7.3.
