Thanks for checking Rugedraw. Well at least they did something. A little slow to start.

I did see that they reset my oil life sensor. Hopefully they changed the oil too.

AFAIK that update is a USB update, and should be done with the truck running, not on a charger. Same with the APIM update that follows. At least both were USB updates for me.

See above - if this is a USB update, the truck can usually be running (and FDRS will tell them to turn the truck on). There won't be battery issues in that case unless the battery or alternator is toast.

Well I just received a call from the dealer saying they need to replace the GWM. We will see if this fixes some of my issues.

My truck keeps failing 2.8.1 as well, currently been at the dealer for a week, tech is aying he won’t work on it because the update takes 10 hours and he won’t get paid for his time, can someone please check my vin to see the status of updates? Thanks
