Default Where did you get the mongoose? And what ford site?

I see a mongooose on Amazon for about 539.00 is that the one? Also what ford page to purchase the2 day license. Do you get the FDRS download there girst

QUOTE=rugedraw;7315804]All I see is the past 60 days and I see the two updates you got. Your truck is not stuck on Sync 20301 and is getting updates, so the dealer should be able to get you going if they want to.

I see a mongoose on Amazon for about 539

You have a 2022. These issues do not affect you.

You get the license directly through Ford. a two day license will cost you $50.[/QUOTE]

Everything you need to know is on page one of the thread in the link below. Mongoose makes those tools for several brands, so as long as you got the Ford one, it should be the right one. You also need to create an account with Ford before you can get the license. I'm super tied up at work ever since we opened up the new Jaguar/Land Rover store, so sorry I can't be more helpful in providing info. I've been trying to respond to this for hours and only now found the time to do so.

I am in the same situation, I also failed to get 2.8.1 loaded a month ago and waiting for it to roll around again.

2.8.1 also failed for me and I never saw it pop up again. It’s been months. However, I recently received the two lettered updates before 3.5.2. My question is; will Ford skip 2.8.1 at this point and deliver 3.5.2 instead?

My last numbered OTA was 2.7.3 the end of June, received the lettered OTA's over the last two weeks. I was wondering the same thing.

I also failed 2.8.1 several times and it appears my truck has "given up." I'm on 2.7.4 if I recall.

If you don't have an account on gen14 forums, open one and post the question there. There are lot of good and knowledgeable guys on there that can help you out better than I can. I have only used FDRS once and am not an expert with it by any means.
