I'm hoping someone can check my VIN to check update status. Job 1 2021 truck. On screen the last update shown is 2.3.0
I was getting updates seemingly somewhat regularly and then nothing. Just wondering it the system has been trying and failing to update further. Really wanting to have the cameras stay on at speed now we are into trailer season. Any insight is appreciated.

Your OTA dashboard says an update for 2.6 was sent to your truck on 6/17, but it failed to install. It does not say why it failed and the retry is pending.

Did you try clicking on where it says schedule updates first and see you can turn them off after you set an update schedule? If not, I know a few people on this thread have stated that it was grayed out and they had to take it to the dealer to get it fixed.

 

I think I'm still on the same version as when I took delivery on Dec 29, 2021.
Can someone pretty please check update status for me?

Thank you. I've been reading back on many suggesting slightly low battery may have an impact. I've not been going far with it lately. Hopefully some recent long trips will help allow 2.6 to come in successfully.

I think the job2 2021 builds are not getting OTA updates. From what i've gathered all of these OTA updates are getting job1 trucks caught up. Could be totally wrong but thats what i gathered. I'm job2 2021 and havent received any OTS either.

 

You do have 16 updates showing in FRDS.
