For those of you using FDRS for the 21G01 Bluecruise: this seems to be the latest information and order to perform the module updates.

Thanks for this. Just forwarded it to my service advisor. The one who told me they don't have the files in FDRS from Ford yet to perform this update.

So my service advisor just called me and told me all updates were applied. Yet when I check my VIN in PTS, this is what I see. As I'm on the phone with him, I tell him that according to PTS, nothing has been done to my truck. He says it's because the truck has to be started and ran for it to update. I ask him, so after they flashed the updates, they just left the truck there without turning it on or performing a road test? He says no, the truck was started and taken out of the service bay and driven to the lot where it will be until I get there to pick it up, but it was wasn't running long enough for it to register in PTS or Fordpass. PTS also says it has not received any communication from my truck since June 2nd.

To any of you guys on the tech side, is there any merit to anything he is saying, or should I just prepare to be disappointed when I arrive to pick it up tomorrow?

If this is the 21G01 program update, they are supposed to take it out and verify BC is functional. The are allocated 30 minutes and paid more money by Ford to do this step. Again, if this was the whole intent of the service call, have your service advisor take you out and show that it now works.

Oh I specifically told him I wanted to get it done along with the other open FSA's and the oil change that was due. The thing is, this guy is not the brightest star in the sky by any means. He told me they weren't getting the bluecruise update until mid June when I dropped it off. I had to send him info I got on here to show him that it can be done.

Livnitup, can you check mine for updates? It sits on a charger indoors and I’m thinking there have been no updates. Thank You! 1FTFW1E53MFC10534

There's some action on your truck now. It's been trying to update to 1.7.1 since April. It was trying to update it self today two hours ago apparently.

The last thing I see that was done was the TRM update on June 2nd but I don't see anything except you checking on it in PTS since then. I would prepare to be disappointed.
