I have not seen THIS update in well over a month:
The Ford servers were having issues yesterday but here's the update:

Resolved- 2021 Model Year and Newer – Sync Gen 4 Vehicles- USB Programming

Resolved-Due to server outages, programming of the IPC, APIM, TCU and GWM on Sync Gen 4 equipped vehicles was failing on Monday, May 2nd. Ford IT teams and engineering have confirmed that programming is completing properly at this time.

Many Thanks!
I don't see any OTA history for your truck but these are the available updates:

They had my truck for 9 days. On the tenth day, I was notified that my Bluecruise was working and I had a free year of service.
I love BC, you don't know what you are missing. Keep on them to get it working. Don't give up, the end result will make you smile. I grin every time I drive on the freeway.
Some day you will too!

You stated in an earlier post, after expressing hesitation about have a just-received APIM installed, "I would hope they would just put the original APIM back in." That caused me to think that your original APIM was set aside while you had a second one currently in use, and that you'd been told of the arrival of a third. Please clarify what actually took place, and your understanding of why.

Still impressed that you've gotten through the BC download and activation process solely through OTA, particularly this soon. Did you have, as Ford recommended in an e-mail to at least those of us on Early Access, your automatic updates scheduled for each day of the week? And about how long did the OTA process take to go from the first BC-related download to the last?

Anyone else here already acquire BC completely via OTA?

Sorry. Maybe I wasn't clear. My appointment to have my original APIM replaced is on Friday.

I had my updates scheduled to start at 8 AM. It gave me plenty of time to get to work, or if my wife was driving it that day, she could get to work as well. I was stuck on downloading 2.3.0 from January 8th until March 28th when it finally was successful. I finally received 2.5.2 on April 13th, enabling Bluecruise. I received 2.5.3 2 days later on the 15th.

You've achieved at least a great deal of your potential updating up to, and beyond, acquisition of BC via OTA. What has been the trigger/determining factor for the decision to replace the APIM?

The saved profiles aren't following the programed keyfobs, the saved radio stations reset and the MyView resets itself.
