You had an OTA sent to your truck for version 2.3 on Feb. 2nd and it failed. Another one was sent on April 12th, and that failed, as well. I believe the software before that was 1.7, but I am not sure. The system I have does not tell me your current software unless an OTA actually went through. If it does, I do not know how to see it.

The only FSA's listed on your truck is the wiper motor and trailer brake module. It does not say BC programming is available for your VIN as I have seen for other trucks including my own.

 

 

I had 2.1.1 from OTA back in December. Correct about 2.3.1
Interesting that I got BC installed under 21G01 and brake controller update on 4-22-22 and it still shows not available.

Thanks sir. You are awesome. Can you tell me what SW version I am at right now? I should be at 2.5.x but I can't tell what it is without FDRS. Maybe you can't tell me at all. My Sync version is 364, which I think is maxed for now anyway. I don't have cameras at speed yet though.

 

If you don't have Bluecruise working then I would definitely get that CMR software update done. Again, the PowerUp update versions only are only applicable for OTA updates so you may not see that until your next successful OTA update but if software was updated through FDRS then you should be at that 2.5.x level If you're up to date on the newest APIM/IPMA updates then maybe try the following values in APIM with FORScan and make sure you reset the APIM (FORScan wrench icon) after the changes:
APIM 7D0-01-01 xxxx xxxx Fx--
APIM 7D0-01-04 xxxx EDxx xx--

 

I have Bluecruise through 21G01 at the dealer, and it's my new favorite feature of my truck. I guess I'll wait for the next OTA update, if I ever get another one. Maybe one day I'll fork over the dough to buy a Windows laptop and the cable so I can go the Forscan route.

I am getting USB error ever since I went to the dealer and asked them to update and it failed.

 

4 open FSA's and BlueCruise programming is not one of them:

21S56 LOOSE/SAGGING UNDERBODY INSULATORS
22B08 ELECTRONIC CONTROL MODULE RECOVERY
22S17 REPROGRAM INTEGRATED TRAILER RELAY MODULE
22S26 WIPER ARM LOOSE

It shows two OTA's were attempted within a week of each other, but they both failed. The release notes say it was update 1.7.1.

 

Just got a recall notice on my app. I guess it is referring to the update issues.
