Default Just got update 2.1.0, what what's that mean?

Hello all, just received a text that I was updated to 2.1.0. So what does that mean? Should I get all the rest of my updates that are on FDRS, and Blue Cruise?
thanks for all your help.

Unless they release that update for a range of VINs that mine falls into, it will sit there and tell the techs all is up to date. I saw no way to force an update to a version that isn't showing as available in FDRS...

Anyway, I now know what to expect so at least I got that going for me. No more bugging the poor techs that are left on the front line to take the daggers on something that they cannot fix. Why in the world the Ford engineers didn't tell them this is baffling me...
I got a call from my Service Advisor today saying that they were given a new procedure to get BC working. They had tested it on another 150 that came in the day after mine but was having the same exact issue. They had to go in and change something in the truck via FDRS, and then Ford engineers added the VIN to the OTA system to update last night. Lo and behold it worked and the truck now has BC activated. They had me come in today and did whatever they needed to do in FDRS, and have added my VIN to tonight's OTA update list. Fingers crossed that it works. If it doesn't, Ford told the Tech he would need to order an APIM and replace the unit.

I will let you all know how things go overnight for the OTA.

Yes, that is one thing I know is good!!

I am curious as to what FDRS would say now that my VIN has been added to the OTA update list. This kind of seems to jive with what the customer service line told me earlier in the week. FDRS was not showing any of the BC updates because my VIN had not been added to the "approved" list. It only showed the GSM as having an update...

Anyway, hoping it all updates and works this evening.

And looking back to the OTA history document, I know I am not in the Early Access Program (still waitlisted), so technically I was up to date with the green "Current" version of 2.3.

I just noticed ththe ECM Recovery recall too. I have an appointment for the Trailer Brake reprograming in a couple of weeks, hope they can clear this also.
Maybe this is the reason I have not been able to get any OTA updates?

No joy on the update….. I had zero activity on the trucks network interface. I know the link works since I can access remotely with FordPass to lock/unlock where there is then activity shown on my network monitor. Taking it in Monday for an APIM replacement…. See if that works…
