FYI- That dust is on the camera lens, not the dash.

I PM'd Them and they responded, I even started getting phone calls from Ford. It started a 5 shop visit (all more than 2 days) to 2 different dealers and a Ford engineer driving to one and I have new AIPM and telematics modules installed. Not sure if it has any new updates since getting it back, but the My View and other issues haven't resurfaced and the auto-update toggle still shows like it is on.

Yes, that Sync 22034.364 is the equivalent of the OTA 2.5.x as I understand it. I think as Livnitup said, if your truck was updated via 21G01, you will not see a FordPass notification that you have received OTA 2.5.X...

That Sync Rev should also give you the cameras at speed I think based on what I have read.

I did not get a FordPass notification listing the OTA rev. Only that BlueCrise is enabled. What do you mean camera at speed? Mine still only works to about 5 mph. Are they supposed to work at faster speeds?

Yes. You may be at the equivalent of 2.5.2, as it may be 2.5.3 that will eventually let you display your cameras on the Sync screen at any speed. Again, this is what I have read from others. I am still wallowing at 2.3 so cannot confirm this is true... ;-)

Ford's letter to dealers which advised them of 21G01, dated March 31, says on its third page that "Owner letters are expected to be mailed the week of April 11, 2022." I'm not gonna ask for a "show of hands", but does anyone have a feel for what kind of percentage group I'm in as someone who hasn't yet received the letter? One would think that there have been enough reasons for the letter to be revised.

I brought my truck earlier this month, but blueCruise didn't work for me. I dropped it back off today and they told me to bring it back Monday and they got me a rental because they don't know how to fix it. They said they are working with ford engineering. Who knows.

I'm just a few days shy of 2 MONTHS now.

Per Ford Field Engineer: They have NO ETA on my "updated" APIM. They can't "find" the one they were supposed to ship to my dealer A WEEK AGO. Hence, NO update on when my truck will be fixed from Ford Engineering.

My dealership (the owner, whom I know well) advised the Field Engineer that, if he had something else to sell me, he would have started a manufacturer buyback a month ago.

I opened a case with Ford Customer Relationship Center today. They contacted the dealer for additional info, and will be reaching out to Ford Engineering to find out WTF.

I hope this isn't where I'm headed. The dealership let me know they don't have a total gameplan on how to fix my truck. Hoping it goes smoother than this.
