I'd be interested in the spacers if you decided to take them off.

What is the proper way to go without issues? Which previous year kits fit the new model? I have 33 inch tires with 18's I want to put on it.

What setup are you guys running (leveling kits only please) ?

Thanks in advance and pointers will be appreciated.

2015 XLT 4WD Has a motofab 2.5inch level. Has 275/70/18 Kenda Klever rt's (33x11x18 actual Kenda Klever tire measurements) NOTE! When installing be careful when pulling axle out of knuckle so it does mess up the IWE Actuators. I was kinda careless and ended up breaking the rubber gasket seal on the passanger side. It will grind and howl! Also motofab doesn't have specs on alignment. They say to align to Ford factory spec but the geometry of the suspension changes when installing this kit! My alignment guy had to do a "custom alignment" to properly align the truck. Overall I'm satisfied with the Level kit and the Tires.

Just got my Mammoth 2.5in Leveling kit, Helo 904 20in Wheels on Nitto Ridge Grapplers 275/60/R20 116T 4 ply tires. I did not want the E rated or 10ply tires to due to rotational weight. The 4ply Nittos are perfect. I also wanted a flush stance. Stock wheels were 275/65/R18 with +44mm Offset. Wheels 20x9 Helo are a +18mm Offset, which moved it out an inch from stock and I

think it is perfect. On level ground the Front is 1/4inch lower than the rear.

With my current setup I have no rubbing issues.
I'm looking at 315/70r17 (34.4x12.4); 295/75r17 (34.4x11.6); 305/70r17 (33.8x12); 285/75r17 (33.8x11.2)
If anyone has similar setup with the tires listed above (or larger) please let me know:
What trimming/cutting you had to do??
and if you have any rubbing with articulation??

My current configuration is:
---leveled by fox 2.5 factory race series w/res (no DSC)
---Icon Delta Joint tubular UCA
---Wheel: Icon Rebound 17" +6mm Offset
---Tire: 33x12.5 R17

Thanks in advance for your input and help!

Have a great day!!

Sean

What is the offset on that wheel? I think that looks great! Those are 18s?

Default Rear blocks.

Has anyone had a hard time getting the blocks to come out? Lifted my passenger side leaf and the block went up with it. Maybe try a rubber mallet?

Mine came out pretty easy. On my buddies 2011 they were pretty stubborn.

I read thru the thread and didn't find (could'a missed it) anything discussing leveling a (2019 3.5 Eco) 4x4 FX4 and which setup would improve ride comfort over the stock setup. I'm looking to level with some added comfort and more control at highway speeds but don't want to do a lift. Has anyone leveled out and found they have a much more comfortable ride both on and off road and added stability at higher freeway speeds? If so what did you go with?
