Levelling has nothing to do with ride comfort, you need to look into dampers instead.

So a level with dampeners would give a more comfortable ride, yes?

Take the level part out of your mind, unless you're also wanting to level. Levelling on it's own won't do anything for comfort. Dampers on their own (the right ones) will aid with comfort. Combination will do both.

Yes looking to level and a more comfortable ride. Thanks for the advice. Any suggestions on which level kit and which dampeners to go with?

Yes there are many ways to go with levelling/lowering your truck. Lowering shackles are an easy mod but will only get the tail end down an inch. there are lowering kits available starting with struts and moving up to replacing suspension parts. You'll need to replace the front valance and air splitter to regain some clearance up front.
There are plenty of in depth videos on

I'd be looking to raise the front end to level it. So trying to narrow down what leveling shocks/coilovers/etc would also lend a more comfortable ride than stock FX4 setup.

The (MY) simple solution is a 2" spacer. the major expense was the installation and alignment. Any more than 2" and you'll need a kit for suspension parts and coilovers. You'll have to ask someone else about that. The spacers did not change the ride. How can you get more comfortable than an F-150?

Leveling will not "improve" the FX4 ride. No lifted suspension will offer a "better" ride than stock. Any change to stock suspension will equate to some level of stiffness to your ride. I went with RC 2" coilovers from my FX4 setup. The stock FX4 suspension was too "boaty" in imho. I've rode in trucks with pucks and my coilovers don't ride as hard or stiff. If you like the FX4 ride, then stick with it.

I can’t believe how many guys lift the front of their trucks and don’t do anything with the rear, must not be too many people hauling or towing things. My boat which isn’t huge, eats up 2” of my rake when I tow it, I would not want to be driving around with my *** squatting every time I hook up a trailer.
