All I can think of is maybe adding a custom/home-fabbed block or possibly shims? A 1/2 or 3/4 rear lift would put me exactly where I want to be but don't know if it's worth the extra hassle.
I am a machinist, so I would either make one from scratch or mill a 1" down.

I tried using a 1" lowering shackle and it gave me around 1.25" drop, more than I wanted.

So I bought these 1" blocks off eBay & had a local machine shop take 3/16's off the top, giving me roughly a 1/2" drop,(from my factory 1.25" blocks) just what I was looking for.

Does the engine in the truck effect front height afert a level? For instance, does a 5.0L weight so much more than the 3.5L that a 2.5in puck would sit different depending on engine?

I read here a few months ago that the 3.5 L Ecoboost weighs pretty close to the 5.0 due to the extra weight of the turbos and other components on it. Not sure about the 2.7.

Hello All
I am newly registered here but have been doing a great deal of reading prior to registering
Thanks to everyone who posted in the forum and provided the info I needed to pull the trigger and level my 2018 Super Crew Platinum

Here are the Pictures
I used the stock 20" wheels and went with 275-65 R20 General Grabber ATX (Stock was 275-55 R20
Living in the northeast I wanted to keep the 275 width due to the snow

Prior to level kit

Post Level

Wheel Clearance

Once again thanks to everyone and thanks for looking

I have the same truck as you (except Ecco boost). I’ve just started looking at leveling kits. What made you choose the Rancho strut lift? How much lift did that give your front end?
I’m not looking for a drastic lift, just something to improve the stance and allow taller tires. I am looking at the 2” puck lift and would probably go for a 1.5” if it was available.
