Nope... just shut off the truck, let it idle for a minute, opened the door to get things to really shut down. Hung tight for a few minutes, closed the door, then started it up and Nav came back after about 45 seconds.
I posted this in another thread, thought I would share.

One good change that I'm already liking is the display of the XM channel number and name across the top bar. With 98.56% confidence I want to say that previously it only displayed "XM Preset 1" or something like that.
Now if the new hub would only come off of backorder so I can play with CarPlay!
BTW, since folks have been asking for other mirrors and apparently didn't see my earlier posts, here they are:

I finally updated to 2.2 with nav last night. Haven't gotten to swap out the USB port yet because I couldn't get it out with my plastic trim tools. But update went well and Android Auto is working well. Just waiting to test out Carplay when I'm able to get the hub swapped out.
Only thing I noticed was that the screen seems to be sluggish / laggy. There's an extra second or two between what you press on screen and what actually happens. It also appears to take longer to load up when the car is first started as well. Has anyone else noticed this?

Thanks all for this update. I did it during the weekend and everything went well. I have Android system that works perfect with the original Hub.
Is there any advantage upgrading the Hub if you don't use IPhone?

I'd be more than willing to try the non-nav update. I work in IT and am more than willing to follow complex and long steps in order to do the update. I know working in IT doesn't mean that I'm not an idiot and won't screw things up but I've done complex things before and haven't had an issue.
Cool, don't be surprised when those issues are in the official release.
@philly33flyers,
What phone do you have? I don't have any delay. I have noticed that if I've rebooted my phone I have to unplug it and plug it back in to get AA to start completely. The notification is on my phone but the app doesn't load completely.

I don't think it's related to the phone (although I have a Galaxy S7). The sluggishness seems to happen even when the phone isn't connected and I'm using the stock Sync system. Maybe I just need to give it some time to re-index itself or something after the update. I'll see if it keeps happening after a few days.
Another successful install! My new hub came in on Saturday afternoon, so Sunday morning I was installing the new software! Only glitch was my own stupidity for not unzipping the second file folder correctly. Other than that, install went smoothly and Car Play works well! Been playing with the new features the past couple of days and really like the upgrade. Thanks to everyone who has contributed tips and software (jm061). Cheers!
