Just pop up the left side first then hold it and apply force lifting the right and it should pop out.

Thanks for the help guys. For whatever reason I never had the "read me" file attached with my original download.
I deleted that download, erased the USB drive and started over. This time I had the read me file and as you all said, followed it to the T.
I'm all good, everything works great!!!
